Five years ago, one of our client venues trialed the Singa system, but the initial installation by another AV company fell short of delivering a seamless customer experience. Recognizing the potential for improvement, we stepped in to assess and enhance the setup. By refining the mixer, upgrading the microphones, and optimizing the iPad's usage and enclosure, we transformed the system. We also added intelligent lighting to create a user-friendly experience for both venue operators and their customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable private karaoke session.
After successfully implementing these enhancements in 2-3 installations, Singa took notice and began directing their customers in need of equipment to us. We've since trained several AV companies to replicate our successful Singa setup, allowing Singa to extend their reach without solely relying on us. From Concept to Reality: The Evolution of the Disco Bathroom
hree years ago, we were inspired by a video concept from America, presented by an operator, which sparked the creation of our now-famous "Disco Bathroom." Initially added to our R&D list, we soon realized the simplicity and potential of this innovative idea. After completing the design, we installed our first Disco Bathroom in the venue of the operator who made the initial request, and it was a resounding success.
Despite initial limitations on where we could install these systems, the demand grew rapidly. Each installation featured unique upgrades, culminating in our current version that offers unlimited music tracks and a push-to-skip function. We're now exploring exciting enhancements like integrating video through advertising screens or projection mapping onto walls. Additionally, we're aiming to add a motorized disco ball that descends from the ceiling, further elevating the experience.
