RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Equipment Returns


Eligibility

- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

- Items must be:

  • Unopened and in original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Include all original accessories and documentation

  • Have original proof of purchase


Process

1. Contact us to initiate return

2. Receive Return Authorization (RA) number

3. Package item securely with RA number clearly marked

4. Return shipping to manufacturer's specified address


Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-ordered equipment

- Opened software or digital products

- Special order items

- Items marked as final sale

- Used or installed equipment


2. Refunds


Processing

- Refunds issued within 14 days of return approval

- Original payment method will be used

- Processing time: 3-5 business days for credit cards

- Bank transfers may take 5-7 business days


Refund Amounts

- Full product price if unopened and in original condition

- 15% restocking fee may apply for opened items

- Original shipping costs non-refundable

- Return shipping costs borne by customer unless item arrived damaged


3. Damaged or Faulty Items


On Delivery

- Inspect all items upon delivery

- Document any damage with photos

- Report within 24 hours of receipt

- We'll arrange collection and replacement


Manufacturing Faults

- Report within 30 days of delivery

- Provide detailed fault description and photos

- We'll coordinate with manufacturer for repair/replacement

- No restocking fee for faulty items


4. Consultation Services


Cancellation

- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled consultation

- 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours

- Full charge for no-shows or same-day cancellations


Service Guarantees

- PriorityLink membership can be cancelled with 30 days notice

- Pro-rata refund for unused membership periods

- Design services covered by satisfaction guarantee


5. Installation Services


Cancellation

- Full refund if cancelled 7 days before scheduled installation

- 50% charge if cancelled within 7 days

- Custom installations subject to materials costs if cancelled after procurement


6. Exceptions


We may make exceptions to this policy:

- For loyal customers

- In extraordinary circumstances

- At management discretion

- For documented delivery issues
